I purchased the Frameo 10.1 inch wifi digital frame, 1280 x 800 HD Touch Screen, from Amazon for $53.74. The picture frame will not stay on. We have gone through all of the trouble shooting tips. I would like either a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your attention to this.
