We purchased the digital frame in February of this year and by the end of April it was not turning on. I would like to have this replaced. Please let me know next steps.

I bought a Frameo model 102K for my sister in law for her birthday. We finally got a chance to connect it but it doesn't work. It connects to the internet then disconnects. I have reset it and tried it in three different networks with the same result. I can't return it to Amazon as I bought it on May 11 and it is over 30 days. I bought a PC about 2 months ago. Device name: DESKTOP-FO37FU1. Device ID: 27652FDE-AA23-46DC-AAD9-9388BCE850E1. Product ID: 00325-85344-11341-AAOEM. I have 2 problems: 1. When I plug in a headset though the 3.5 mm jack, the speakers work, but the microphone does not 2. When I connect Air Pods Pro via Bluetooth, the output and the input cut off intermittently. I've tried some troubleshooting, like changing different settings, restarting the PC, and updating reinstalling drivers, but they didn't work.
