I bought the 2 pack of frames from Damon and one won’t work at all won’t turn on or anything.
I received the item 4 weeks ago, and now it has stopped working. The screen won’t turn on even after I unplug and reset it. Amazon cannot return or refund me since it is a week past the return date. Please help!
