I have a customer that purchased 8 frames model 102k. They are asking me to laser engrave personal massages on the frames which are plastic. Before I can proceed, I need to know what plastic is used for the frame. If it is ABS or PVC, it will release a toxic gas if lasered. It will be good if it is an acrylic plastic. Can you help me?

I purchased this for a Christmas present and just recently finally took it out of the box. I am unable to connect to the WiFi. There are several buttons on the onscreen keyboard that do not work so I am unable to enter my network credentials.
I got the digital frame for my parents for Christmas from Amazon. I can’t get it to connect to their WiFi. Their wifi works fine with everything else. The return window on Amazon has closed so I’m not sure what to do now. Thank you.
Frame worked perfect. Then went offline and won’t connect to WIFI or any connection. I restarted. Unplugged. . Did a reset. If it does connect it will not let me add photos.
Frame is 2 months old. Started turning off and back on every 3 seconds on its own. The power down / reset menu is always stuck on the screen. Tried resetting it by powering down and turning back on after an hour. Tried pressing reset button on the back for 15 seconds.
