My frameo says it was disconnected from the internet or says it was unplugged without being tuned off, though it wa never disconnected or unplugged. Now it just has a black screen that says “unfortunately, frameo has stopped.” We have tried rebooting it, but the same message is there.
I need a new power cord. Where can I order one?
I just got a Frameo frame and when I plug it in all it does is flash the Frameo screen. It will not load the settings or move forward. I have tried powering it off and resetting it. Please advise

Hello, I’ve had this speaker ordered from Amazon since January of 2024 and the knob (volume) no longer works.
The slide show on my picture frame is not working. It is stuck on one picture at a time and I have to manually switch pictures. I have tried unplugging it and resetting and it is still not working
touch screen not working
Frame worked fine until it went black and stopped yesterday. Unplugged for five minutes as suggested and replugged it and nothing still.
