Bought a frameo off Amazon in March. Box was damaged but I was saving it to give for a Mother's day gift so I didn't open it. Upon receiving it, my mother discovered the screen shows a big black blob. The return window is closed. I would like to get her another one but don't want to pay twice. Will I be able to return it?

Hello. I have had the picture frame for less than a month. It has stopped working. The screen continues to jump and does not change pictures. It is showing that I am past the return timeframe. Can I be sent a replacement?

Hello, my Frameo 10.1 has shut off and I cannot get it to turn back on.
I went through all the troubleshooting to no avail.
I bought this in August of 2024 and feel like it should not be having these issues.

Hello
I received a digital picture frame (model 105) for Christmas in Dec 2024. It first started acting up in April and I contacted Frameo and thinking it might be the software they tried to help to no avail. The frame is continuously rebooting and freezing up.
Can you help me with this? Or can you replace the frame?
