Hello, I bought the Frameo Wi-Fi Digital Photo Frame (2-Pack), 10.1-inch Electronic Picture Frame with 1280x800 IPS Touchscreen, 32GB Storage
on Amazon, and one of the frames has stopped working. The frame is tapping around on its own and going in and out of the menu. It does everything independently without anyone doing anything. Since I ordered the item on June 17, 2024, the warranty should still apply. What can we do now? Best regards, Andreas

Bought May 28th. My picture screen went black and I try to turn back on and it didn't. Then I unplugged from wall and waited 10 minutes wouldn't turn back on. Then I unplugged for two weeks and still won't turn on. I want my money back or a new digal picture frame.

I ordered this karaoke machine from Amazon and I LOVE IT but the battery life on the microphones are not very long and one of my microphones was rattling and not making noise with volume all the way up on it. I opened the top to find the black cord not connected to anything and I assume that’s the issue with this one microphone. Would like to get a replacement if able.

I am getting error message 1002. Once I follow the directions, unplug, reset, etc. I am still getting the error message after a few photos show on the Frameo .

I bought one for a Mothers day gift April 2025 through Amazon. Screen has gone black and won't show pictures. Trued un plugging abd resetting but still nothing. Would like a new one or a refund
