purchased the 10.1” digital frame june 28, 2025 from Amazon and it has completely quit working. Screen is black and I have tried all the reset options given on the app. Please send me a new frame or refund unless you can tell me how to fix this one. Please help

My screen keeps flashing on and off will not work after resetting
My 10.1 inch digital frame, purchased in May of 2025 is flashing on and off. It is otherwise inoperable. I see others posting about this issue. Is there a fix or do I just need a replacement?
