15.6 in frame continuously loses wifi even without a power outage. And if the frame is moved slightly (to adjust the angle it's brewed at) the power goes out even though the cord is plugged in. The frame seems to be defective and we've only had it a month.
Hi, My Frameo 10.1 is no longer able to connect to WIFI and therefore cannot receive any new photos. This was purchased in Dec. 2024 and is less than 7 months old. Is it possible to get a replacement given it has a faulty network chip?

I purchased the 10.1 fameo frame through Amazon a few months ago and after being unplugged for about a month, the frame will not progress past the loading screen. I have attempted all recommended troubleshooting steps and even a reset but the reset screen doesn't allow me to cycle through options. I can only reboot the system (first option in list)
