    My frameo quit working after 4 weeks. It has no power at all. I’ve tried all the trouble shooting and nothing changed. It was purchased through amazon and the return window is closed.

    I received the item 4 weeks ago, and now it has stopped working. The screen won’t turn on even after I unplug and reset it. Amazon cannot return or refund me since it is a week past the return date. Please help!
