1) Would you be able to turn off the frame, then unplug the power cord in both ends for 5 minutes before plugging it back in? Does this change anything when you plug it back in again? I have attempted that but it does not accomplish anything. 2) Do you by any chance have a similar/identical power cord lying around? I do and I tried that option as well but no change. 3) If the frame has a power button, either on the side or the back, would you be able to check if anything is pressing the button? It could be a little dirt beneath the button. Nothing appears to be pressing the button. 4) It would help us a lot if you could provide us with the name of the brand who made the frame. This is usually found on the back of the frame, on the box, or in the order confirmation. The back of the frame indicates the manufacturer is Shenzhen Kejinming Electronic Co. Ltd.

I bought the frameo for a gift on June 17. I gave it to her yesterday & it will not turn on. I used the cord of the new one on mine & it worked but my cord would not work on the knew one. I need a new 10.1 frameo sent to me right away. I can return this one.

Hello, my 10.1 digital frame was delivered April 9th 2025. As of July 2025, it has stopped displaying photos normally. It will show a photo for half a second, then a black screen, and continue this for each photo. Can we get it replaced.
